There is a Manager on-site for late night arrivals, a buzzer at the front door will connect you. Getting There
From both Brisbane and Coolangatta airports, you can take either a shuttle, limousine or taxi.
If driving north, turn off the M1 at exit 57 to Sanctuary Cove, Hope Island.
Follow the road directly to the Resort which is located just inside the entrance to Hope Island Resort, on the right hand side.
If driving from the south, same directions apply.
Coming via train, Coomerah Railway Station is the closest.
Arriving by Coach, you will need to check with your carrier for door to door arrival.

The location is not convenient for either Surfers or the beach. It would be okay if you were only going to the theme parks or golfing. They only give you one packet of dish detergent. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards.

Great apartments with everything you need. Comfortable beds and lovely and clean. If you DONT like the crowds of Surfers then its a great place to stay. Great pool.
Liked: very close to theme parks
Disliked: Have to drive EVERYWHERE. No where close to eat

Fantastic place for the whole family. Loved the Golf buggy tracks and close proximity to all local facilities.
Best place I have stayed on the Gold Coast!!!

all facilities excellent for singles to couples to families.you will need a car with gps to travel to theme parks[only 10-35min travel].5min walk or 2 min buggy ride to bi-lo or local shops[eats&alcahol]for great shopping centre,go to harbourtown[10min drive].my only recomendation is the resort offer tours for newcomers
