Cannes Court is a three story low rise building, with 44 spacious two bedroom apartments. The apartments are all fully self contained including fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry to make your stay more enjoyable.
The surrounding tropical gardens, with palm trees and lush grassy areas is a perfect place to have a picnic. Relax and enjoy the undercover pergola and BBQ entertainment area, outdoor swimming pool and spa pool during your holiday.
Cannes Court Apartments is just a stroll away from everything the Gold Coast has to offer, such as restaurants, boutique stores, the Gold Coast Entertainment Centre and Jupiters Casino in Broadbeach.

Take Nerang Broadbeach Exit 71 on the Pacific Hwy when travelling south from Brisbane.
If driving from Coolangatta, drive 30 mins north along the Gold Coast Hwy, drive 1km past the Jupiters Casino. After the Shell Service station turn left into Genoa Street.

Really enjoyed our time at Cannes Court, the Manager Jenny was very helpful and the rooms very homely. Also the fact that they were not hi-rise apartments were great and our family were able to simply walk out the lounge and enjoy the pool.
Liked: Location, out of bustle of town but 2 mins drive to Cavil Ave and similarly 3min drive to Pacific Fair. No lifts, due to low rise appartments, pool, helpful staff.
Disliked: Rooms not serviced daily, but very good value for money. Had to stock all toiletries but again very affordable and not an issue.

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful gardens. Rooms well laid out and spacious. Wifi expensive.
