This was our 2nd stay at the points north apartments. We hope to stay again at the end of this year...love it!!

Great location and views. Spacious unit. But getting a bit shabby, bathroom/kitchen really need a refurbishment. Shower not good, poor pressure.

Apartment was ok a little dated could do with new bathrooms and an update of the kitchen but for the price it was ok

We needed a three day break and Points North was just perfect. Great location, friendly staff and spotlessly clean.

Nice room but it was too cold with only 1 blanket on the main bed. No spare blankets in the apartment.

Great location with awesome view. Very quiet and not crowded.
Could have had newer sofas and an extra set of bed sheets though.
We would (will) definitely stay there again!

Asked for a lowcer floor appartment and ended up near the top with a toddler very unnerving. Cleaners need to do better there was half eaten biscuit under the coffee table and lots of dust.

I really like Points North. I\'ve traveled to Australia 3 times and each time I\'ve stayed at Points North. I feel like I get excellent value for the money and the location is perfect. The apartments themselves are clean and well furnished and I feel right at home. Now...just because I think I get great value, please don\'t raise the prices!

Due to fatal road crash on the Gateway Arterial Rd we were delayed 3 hours and didn\'t arrive till 7 pm. We rang to advise and a key was left.
Difficult to find apartment block as we were looking for something branded Mint - it should be made clear at time of booking that location isn\'t under that name. Also tried to find under street number but no such number displayed. Rang to get directions - told street name, but NO STREET SIGN for that name along Marine Parade. Finally stumbled on Points North in unamed side street after cruising Marine Parade for 20 minutes.
PROPERTY SHOULD HAVE LARGER SIGNAGE AND SOMETHING DIRECTING FROM MARINE PARADE AND A STREET NAME ON THE CORNER WITH MARINE PARADE!!!!!!
Location is what made our stay great, but the difficulty in finding the property for first time guests should be looked at - more detailed directions on booking confirmation needed.
These difficulties aside, we would stay at this property again.

Great hotel - deserving of the 4 stars. Coolangatta is a great place to stay over Christmas and New years.
