Had a fantastic stay here. We were a bit hesitant prior to arriving as some of the reviews were a bit dodgy. Anyway couldnt have been better, light, clean 2 bed standard apartment. Had everything we needed. The best holiday beds we have ever had. Awesome view, perfect location, couldnt complain about anything. The pool and spa were both lovely and warm. Will definitely go back again next year.

Our 2-bedroom apt on the 14th floor was clean and comfortably furnished. In view of the cold spell that the Gold Coast was undergoing it was unfortunate that the apt had no heating

The South Pacific Plaza was wonderful. Kind and helpful staff. Easy access to everything. High quality self contained apartment complete with all comforts and furnishings - just like a home away from more. When we return to Broadbeach, we will stay at the South Pacific Plaza.

Room was a good position, but furniture was old and couch most uncomfortable and cushions kept sliding off. Very cluttered with owners stuff, no basics like salt and pepper and sugar etc. Towells very very thin and small.

South Pacific Plaza is a marvellous place to stay for a Gold Coast break. Reasonably priced, perfectly located, gorgeous views, lovely pool area, right on the mall with cafes and shops mere metres away. We\'re repeat visitors already and we\'ll be back for sure!

Location was excellent, very central with easy access to shops, beach and dining. Spa was not working for the entire 3 weeks we stayed which was disappointing.
Liked: Location was very convenient, staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: our apartment could have been cleaner upon arrival. Dust was laying all over glass table tops and bedside tables and large amounts of dust was present under couch and on bed ends.

Overall we were happy but the number of lights that didn\'t work was disappointing and the dining room chairs were very wobbly. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and are keen to return
