Choose from a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments, in both standard and executive apartments. Standard apartments are of an older design and provide great value for the budget conscious travellers, however the executive apartments provide air-conditioning and are modern in design, very spacious and comfortably furnished to ensure a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

Even Top of the Mark's affordable Gold Coast accommodation can provide great facilities including a heated swimming pool, heated spa, sauna, half tennis court, table tennis, games room and barbeque area.

Getting There

For self drive guests turn left off the Gold Coast Highway going South into Orchid Avenue, the property is on the left. Transfers to Surfers Paradise available. Once you arrive simply ring the manager's button.

How can you beat this place. Great price. Right smack bang int he middle of it all. If you coming for the Gold Coast Surfers experience this is it.
